About

Longitude Care

Precision telehealth from a company that measures first, says plainly what it does and does not do, and leaves clinical decisions to independent licensed clinicians.

The company

Who we are

Longitude Care LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 291 Rich Circle, Franklin, Tennessee 37064. It is wholly owned by Longitude Health Inc., the company behind Longitude's precision-medicine clinics.

Longitude Care operates this website and the administrative side of the programs offered here — enrollment, scheduling, billing, coordination with pharmacies and laboratories, and member support. It was formed in 2026 to bring that clinic's measurement-first approach to people who cannot walk into one.

Our approach

How care works here

We do not practice medicine and we do not prescribe. Care is provided by independent, licensed clinicians who review your information, decide whether treatment is appropriate, and may decline. Membership is not a prescription, and no medication is ever dispensed before a clinician has reviewed you.

Where a medication is compounded, its page says so, along with the fact that compounded preparations are not FDA-approved and are not interchangeable with a brand-name product. Where the evidence is thin, the page says that too. The details of how information is handled are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
