BEFORE YOU TAKE THE NEXT STEP

What would you
like to know?

The details that help you understand the offer.

Can I join Longitude CARE now?

We are currently inviting people to join the waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not start a membership or guarantee an appointment, prescription, or particular treatment. We will share the next steps as enrollment becomes available.

How much is membership?

Membership is $149 per month with an initial three-month commitment, then monthly. Medication is priced separately. Review the full costs, cancellation terms, and any visit or additional testing fees before joining.

What does the membership include?

The membership brings together Longitude Genome Blueprint, two lab panels per year, one-on-one coaching, clinical review and care conversations, and at least 20% off supplements and wellness devices. Your membership terms explain the exact testing, visit arrangements, availability, and any additional fees.

What is Longitude Genome Blueprint?

Longitude Genome Blueprint is our standard report built from whole-genome data. It adds inherited information to the discussion alongside your labs, health history, current care, and goals. A clinician considers which findings are reliable and relevant.

Does a whole-genome report tell me which treatment I need?

No. A report can support selected decisions, but it does not choose a treatment or predict your future. Findings may be uncertain or primarily educational. Genetic testing is not needed for every care decision.

How often are lab panels included?

Membership includes two lab panels per year. The exact analytes and individual testing criteria are being confirmed with the clinical and laboratory team. Examples on this site are educational and are not a final included-test list.

What if I need additional testing?

Discuss the reason for any additional test, whether it is part of your membership, and what it would cost. Clinical needs and testing arrangements depend on the individual situation.

Are doctor visits included?

Clinical review and care conversations are part of the care model. Visit scope, arrangements, availability, and any visit fees depend on the clinical service and membership terms. Review those details before enrolling.

Who makes medical decisions?

Independent licensed clinicians review your information, evaluate medical questions, and decide whether a treatment is appropriate. Longitude Care LLC operates the website and administrative side of the service. Membership does not guarantee a prescription.

Is medication included in the monthly price?

No. Medication is priced separately and requires an appropriate prescription. A clinician may decide that a requested treatment is not appropriate. Review the medication’s information and full price before purchasing.

Are controlled substances available?

No. Controlled substances are not available through this service.

What can my coach help with?

One-on-one coaching helps you choose practical goals and work through habits around food, movement, sleep, and follow-through. Your coach does not diagnose, prescribe, adjust medication, or replace clinical care. Session arrangements are explained in your membership terms.

What member discounts are offered?

Members receive at least 20% off supplements and wellness devices. Review current member prices and offer details before purchasing. Bring supplement or device questions that affect your care to your clinician.

Where is clinical care available?

Availability depends on your location, clinician licensing, the service offered, and whether the care is appropriate for you. Confirm eligibility and available services before enrolling. Joining the waitlist does not confirm eligibility.

Are the sample reports actual patient results?

No. The DNA and lab examples are educational illustrations, with no patient records or individual findings. Decorative charts are not measured results, diagnostic thresholds, or a final included-test list.

What should I review before I enroll?

Read the membership and cancellation terms, the initial three-month commitment, the exact testing and coaching arrangements, visit scope and fees, and any separate medication or testing costs. Our Terms of Service explain the service terms.

How can I ask a question about membership or privacy?

Write to hello@longitude.care or use our Contact page for general questions. Keep medical details out of ordinary email; it is not a secure channel. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Is Longitude CARE an emergency service?

No. Do not use the website, ordinary email, or a waitlist request to seek emergency care. Seek urgent or emergency care when needed. Appointment availability and response times depend on the clinical service.
