You're not imagining it.
The 3am waking. The heat that arrives without warning. The word that won't come. The mood that doesn't match your life. If you've been told that's just your age, or just stress, that's a reason to look properly — not a reason to stop asking.
This is for you.
- Sleep that breaks in the early hours and won't return
- Heat and night sweats
- Brain fog — losing words, losing threads
- Mood changes that feel chemical rather than circumstantial
- Cycles that changed, became unpredictable, or stopped
- Libido gone quiet, or sex that's become uncomfortable rather than wanted
- Weight that redistributed while your habits stayed the same
- Joint aches, thinning hair, skin that changed

You get measured, and you get told what it means.
Hormones shift week to week during this transition, so a single number on a single day is a weak answer — which is part of why so many women are told everything is fine. Your panel looks at the hormonal picture alongside thyroid, metabolic and nutritional markers that produce overlapping symptoms, and a clinician reads it next to what you're actually experiencing.
Your symptoms are evidence. They're part of the assessment, not the thing to be explained away before it starts.
What care can look like.
For some women, hormone therapy. For others it starts with sleep, thyroid, metabolic or nutritional work — and sometimes those are what was driving the symptoms all along. There are also treatments aimed specifically at genital and urinary symptoms, which are among the most treatable and the least discussed.
Every therapy is documented in full before you commit to anything.

Both deserve a second look.

Perimenopause can start a decade before your last period.
It begins while your cycles are still regular enough that nobody thinks to mention it. Being "too young" is one of the most common reasons women are sent away — and the years before your last period are when many women feel the most and are offered the least.

Most of what women were told traces back to one study.
A great many women were warned off hormone therapy on the strength of one large study from 2002, whose findings have been re-examined considerably since — including how much the results depended on the age at which women started.
That doesn't make hormone therapy right for everyone. It makes it a real conversation with a clinician who knows your history, rather than a door closed twenty years ago.
What your membership covers on this path.
Your baseline panel and the follow-ups that show whether the plan is working. Genetic testing, once. 24/7 access to your clinical team. A 1:1 coaching call every month with someone who has read your file. Member pricing on supplements and devices.
A licensed clinician decides whether care is appropriate and what to recommend. Membership is not a prescription.
Your first ninety days.
Weeks 1–2 — measure. Baseline labs, your history, your cycle if you still have one, and what you most want to change.
Weeks 2–3 — talk. A clinician goes through all of it with you, including what your history means for your options.
Weeks 3–12 — adjust. Symptoms are the main measure here, tracked deliberately rather than from memory, with labs where they add something.
Before you begin
Questions women actually ask.
I have a history of breast cancer, clots, or a strong family history. Bring it to the first conversation. Some histories make hormone therapy inappropriate, and a clinician will tell you plainly if yours does — along with what else is available, because hormone therapy is not the only thing on this page.
Is this only about menopause? No. Cycle changes, libido, and symptoms with a hormonal component can be looked at at any age.
Will this help me lose weight? That's not a promise anyone should make you. Body composition often changes through this transition, weight is on the list of things we measure, and Precision Weight Loss exists as its own path if that's the priority.
What does it cost? $149/month for membership. Medication, if a clinician prescribes it, is priced separately — you will see the 30-day and 90-day price before you commit.
