You're not fixing anything. You're protecting the next thirty years.
Expanded biomarkers, your genetics, and your biological age tracked over time — so the plan is built on your data and you can see whether it's doing anything. And so someone tells you when the honest answer is sleep and protein rather than a prescription.
Your physical says you're fine.
You train. You eat reasonably well. Your annual physical says you're fine, which tells you almost nothing you didn't already know.
What you want is the layer underneath: what's actually happening metabolically, where your genetics put you at an advantage or a disadvantage, and whether the effort you're already putting in is moving anything. Not a diagnosis. A baseline, and a way to watch it.

What gets measured.
An expanded biomarker panel — metabolic, inflammatory, hormonal and cardiovascular markers well past the handful a physical checks.
Your genetics, once. How you metabolise, what you're predisposed to, where the standard advice is likely wrong for you. Read once, useful for life.
Your biological age, repeatedly. The one number that tries to answer whether any of this is working.
What care can look like.
Depends on what your data shows. For some people that's peptides or other advanced therapies. For plenty of others it starts with the unglamorous levers.
Where a therapy is offered, its regulatory status is stated plainly on its page: FDA-approved, compounded by a licensed 503(a) pharmacy, prescribed off-label, or investigational — along with why. Much of this category is off-label or compounded, and you should know which is which before you decide.

Two things most of this industry won't tell you.

It's a useful measurement and a bad verdict.
Different labs use different methods, and the same sample can return different numbers depending on which version of which clock ran it. A single reading is close to meaningless on its own. What carries information is the trend, measured the same way, over time — which is why it's part of a membership rather than a one-off test you buy and frame.
Anyone who hands you one number and a promise attached to it is selling something.

Often the answer is sleep, protein and alcohol.
Those move more than most prescriptions do, and no one gets rich telling you so. When your data says the basics are the opportunity, that's what you'll hear — before anything gets prescribed.
What your membership covers on this path.
Your baseline panel and the follow-ups that show whether the plan is working. Genetic testing, once. 24/7 access to your clinical team. A 1:1 coaching call every month with someone who has read your file. Member pricing on supplements and devices.
A licensed clinician decides whether care is appropriate and what to recommend. Membership is not a prescription.
Your first ninety days.
Weeks 1–2 — measure. Expanded panel, genetics, and your first biological age reading, alongside how you actually live.
Weeks 2–3 — interpret. A clinician walks you through what the data says, what it doesn't, and what's worth acting on first.
Weeks 3–12 — act, then re-measure. The plan gets specific, and follow-up markers tell you whether it's working.
Before you begin
Questions worth asking us.
Do I need something to be wrong to join? No. This path exists for people whose results are unremarkable and who want to keep them that way with evidence rather than hope.
What actually is biological age? An estimate, from patterns in your DNA methylation, of how your body compares to chronological expectation. It's genuinely informative as a trend, and it is not a prediction about your life.
Are peptides legal? Are they approved? It varies by peptide, and we tell you which is which. Some are FDA-approved for their use, some are prescribed off-label, some are compounded, and some are investigational. Every product page states its status and the basis for it, and a clinician decides whether any of it is appropriate for you.
Will you just sell me a pile of supplements? No. The list is short, third-party tested, and chosen by clinicians — and the honest answer is often that you don't need anything added.
What does it cost? $149/month for membership. Therapies are separate, with 30-day and 90-day prices shown before you commit.
Start with the baseline.
A free eligibility check, and no commitment. $149/month membership; medication, if prescribed, is priced separately.
